وی در زمینه تخصیص اعتبارات این طرح ها نیز گفت: 100 درصد منابع ارزی این طرح از محل صندوق توسعه ملی تامین می شود, ضمن آنكه 80 درصد منابع ریالی مورد نیاز در مناطق محروم و 70 درصد منابع ریالی مورد نیاز در مناطق برخوردار استان نیز از محل اعتبارات ریالی صندوق در اختیار سرمایه گذاران قرار خواهد گرفت.

وی تعامل و همفكری بخش خصوصی و دولتی را در اجرایی شدن مصوبات یاد شده ضروری دانست و از صنعتگران خوزستانی خواست تا در حوزه تصمیم سازی ها و اجرای این تصمیم ها با دفتر ستاد اجرایی همكاری كنند.

در این نشست همچنین مدیرعامل شركت شهركهای صنعتی استان خوزستان، سرمایه گذاری در حوزه صنایع كوچك به ویژه صنایع تكمیلی و پایین دست پتروشیمی را یكی از مهم ترین راهكارهای ایجاد اشتغال و افزایش ثروت ملی دانست و افزود: خوشبختانه مجموعه شركت ملی صنایع پتروشیمی و سازمان صنایع كوچك ایران تفاهم نامه خوبی نیز در این خصوص منعقد كرده اند كه با اجرایی شدن آن مشكل اشتغال بویژه در استان خوزستان تا حدود زیادی رفع خواهد شد.

'رضا طاهری' با اشاره به اینكه به دنبال تخصصی كردن شهرك های صنعتی هستیم, ابراز امیدواری كرد خوشه صنعتی تجهیزات نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی بتواند علاوه بر تفاهمنامه های زیادی كه تاكنون منعقد شده است هرگونه كالای مورد نیاز صنعت پتروشیمی را با كیفیت تولید كند.

وی افزود: سازندگان تجهیزات نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی خوزستان در كشور توانمندی خود را ثابت كرده و آمادگی لازم برای تامین قطعات مورد نیاز صنایع پتروشیمی را دارند.
