به گزارش ایرنا، 'جلال عابدین' روز دوشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگاران اعزامی به این منطقه افزود: مسیر قطعه یك آزاد راه تهران - شمال به طول 32 كیلومتر، از زمان شروع عملیات ساخت تاكنون حدود 38 درصد پیشرفت فیزیكی داشته است.

وی با اشاره به این كه، تاكنون 217 میلیارد تومان برای ساخت این قطعه هزینه شده است، گفت: این مبلغ برای تملك اراضی، طراحی، مشاور، پیمانكار، بیمه سهم كارفرما، ارزش افزوده و دیگر مسایل صرف شده است.

اعتبار مورد نیاز ساخت آزاد راه تهران – شمال از محل سرمایه گذاری 50 درصد مشاركت دولت و 50 درصد بنیاد مستضعفان انقلاب اسلامی تامین می شود.

پروژه آزاد راه تهران – شمال به منظور تامین ارتباط مطمئن ، سریع و ارزان بین منطقه شمالی و مركزی كشور و سهولت ارتباط با كشورهای همسایه شمالی در حال اجرا است.

وی گفت: مطالعات تونل های بلند تالون در مسیر رفت و برگشت به طول تقریبی هر كدام پنج هزار متر توسط مهندسین مشاور در حین اجرا و با استفاده از طرح تونل اكتشاف (پایلوت) انجام می شود.

عابدین با اشاره به این كه، در حال حاضر برای تكمیل مطالعات و ساخت باقی مانده منطقه یك با كنسرسیوم چینی(اس تی ای) قرارداد تامین مالی(فاینانس ) منعقد شده است، افزود: در این قرارداد طرف چینی متعهد شده است ، سه سال بعد از گشایش اعتبار، مسیر منطقه یك را به طور كامل اجرا كند.

وی گفت: با تكمیل منطقه یك آزاد راه تهران – شمال 60 كیلومتر از مسیر فعلی جاده چالوس كوتاه و سالانه حدود 40 میلیون دلار از محل صرفه جویی سوخت عاید كشور خواهد شد.

وی تاكید كرد: علاوه بر صرفه جویی در سوخت، كاهش استهلاك وسایل نقلیه و وقت در سرانه ملی تاثیر فراوانی خواهد داشت.

عابدین گفت: در این منطقه تاكنون 124 ملك به مساحت 304 هزار متر مربع تملك شده و باید 114 ملك به مساحت حدود 120 هزار متر مربع دیگر تملك شود.

وی با بیان اینكه در منطقه یك آزاد راه تهران – شمال تا زمان بهره برداری بیش از 11 میلیون متر مكعب عملیات خاكبرداری انجام خواهد شد، در پایان تاكید كرد: پرداخت به موقع اعتبارات زمینه اتمام منطقه یك آزاد راه و بهره برداری تا پایان سال 1392 را فراهم می كند و در صورت تاخیر در پرداخت اعتبارات زمان بهره برداری از این منطقه طولانی تر خواهد شد.

آزاد راه تهران – شمال با كوتاه كردن فاصله تهران – چالوس از حدود 200 به 121 كیلومتر، زمان مسافرت را از 5/4 ساعت به 5/1 ساعت كاهش خواهد داد.

خالق اثر 'باطل السحر' - غزلی برای امام خمینی (ره)- گفت: آنچه در سالهای اخیر شاعران انجام داده اند قابل تقدیر است اما به نظر می رسد در فضای فرهنگ عمومی كشور و حتی جهت گیری های سیاسی نیاز داریم تا به شكل عملی نام و یاد امام را رنده نگهداریم ، اینكه تنها به وصف او در اشعار و نوشته هایمان بسنده كنیم، كافی نیست .

این نویسنده و شاعر ادامه داد: انتقال افكار و اندیشه های امام خمینی (ره) و ارزشهای انقلاب اسلامی ار نكاتی است كه تمامی نویسندگان و شاعران باید در آثار خود به آن توجه كنند.

محدثی خراسانی با تاكید بر اینكه جهان امروز تشنه دانستن در مورد اندیشه ها و افكار امام خمینی (ره) و ارزشهای انقلاب است گفت : با توجه بیشتر به بحث ترجمه آثار به تمامی زبانهای زنده دنیا این مهم محقق خواهد شد .
